Here’s Alan Watts on Overcoming and Eradicating Obstacles.
What is a new moon? Why is it in a specific sign? How can we use its influence to support our life’s spiritual evolution?
The honest truth is, goals can be frustrating. Because we’re constantly being asked to define them, clarify them, and reach them, it can seem like more of a chore than an aspiration. Yes, I get it…it’s my goal to own a company one day…but can I just take a dang breather? Am I allowed to spend a day under the covers binge watching TV while not being reminded of what I’m not doing?

Intuitive writing is a form of play in which we use words to express ourselves by integrating a rational activity – writing on a journal, computer or phone – with an intuitive exploration of our psyche, heart, and gut.
